Sababond 3415

Description Sababond 3415 is primarily used as a roll coating adhesive in the bedding industry.

Sababond 3415 is a water-based adhesive based on raw materials with a high degree of bio-based content making it less dependent on virgin crude oil. The standards listed below, are used to determine the bio-based carbon content in Sababond 3415:
- EN 16640 (ISO 16620-2)
- ASTM D-6866
Following both standards, the bio-based carbon content of Sababond 3415 is ≈70%*.

Technical details

Solids content	≈ 68%
Open time	≈ 4 minutes when thermal activated. ≈ 10 minutes without thermal activation & without roll packing. When roll packing, open time is significantly increased & only relevant to assembly strength.
