SABA has enjoyed impressive growth and development under the guidance of Wybren de Zwart. ‘I am very proud of what we have achieved as a team and I look back on the past thirteen years with great satisfaction,’ said Wybren de Zwart. ‘It is now time for me to take on new challenges and spend more time with my family and friends. I am confident that with his extensive experience and vision, Villaume Kal will take SABA further, based on the strength and commitment of our employees.’
Villaume Kal joined SABA on 1 November and will take his place as CEO on the Board of Directors on 1 January. He brings with him a wealth of experience as an executive in numerous organisations, including DSM, Rousselot and Topigs Norsvin, where he achieved growth through innovation and operational and commercial excellence. Villaume Kal: ‘SABA is a wonderful company with a strong focus on innovation and collaboration. I’m really looking forward to working together with the team and continuing to build on the company’s future growth in order to realise our ambitions.’
With this change of management, SABA is continuing to fulfil its ambition to supply high-quality adhesives and sealants based on strong customer relationships and sustainable solutions. SABA is proud of its global presence and currently supplies its products to more than 80 countries.
