Under the collaboration, SABA will support commercial development of OCSmaterials’ TIMs in Europe and North America, while OCSmaterials will support the growth of SABA’s adhesives and sealants in Asia. The parties intend to leverage their complementary market access, technical know‑how, and application support capabilities to help customers improve thermal performance, reliability, and manufacturability in demanding bonding, sealing, and heat‑dissipation applications.
The combined portfolio targets fast-growing needs in electrification and advanced manufacturing, including battery pack and power electronics assembly, where effective bonding, sealing, and thermal management are essential. By combining SABA’s formulation and application expertise with OCSmaterials’ TIM technology breadth, the partners aim to provide customers with responsive technical support, robust qualification guidance, and a scalable pathway from initial sampling to series production.
