Representing an investment of more than $4.5 million, the new facility encompasses 65,000 square feet of warehousing and production space, along with fully renovated modern offices and conference rooms. The result is a state-of-the-art hub designed to support growth, collaboration, and innovation.
At the heart of the new headquarters is the SABA Technical Center, a one-of-a-kind resource for mattress manufacturers worldwide. The center is equipped with a full-scale automated roll-coating and hot-melt application system that replicates real-world production conditions. Customers will have the opportunity to test automated processes, evaluate adhesives, and collaborate with SABA’s expert application consultants.
