What do we offer?

You will be working in the team responsible for filling our sealants. The team consists of around 25 employees, including Operators and Assistant Operators. You will report to the Production Manager, but there is also plenty of room for your own initiative. In addition, we offer:

What does your day look like?

As a Production Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring all daily activities in the sealant filling process run smoothly. With your insight, you assign people to the right places and set the right priorities, always thinking ahead to optimize operations. Your tasks include:

  • Ensuring production planning is achieved efficiently, including timely execution of first-line maintenance;
  • Being the primary contact for other departments, such as Technical Services, Warehouse, and Planning;
  • Optimising processes within the department and carrying out project-based tasks;
  • Encouraging team development and motivating employees;
  • Ensuring knowledge is properly documented and transferred to colleagues;
  • Quality control: supervising product quality and ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations.

Is this role right for you?

We are looking for a Team Leader who is flexible, is a team player, and maintains oversight even under pressure. You enjoy challenges and, in addition:

  • You have an MBO 4 level of working and thinking;
  • You have at least 5 years’ experience as a supervisor within a production environment or a comparable sector;
  • You know how to develop a team and have experience conducting various HR conversations with employees;
  • You have a good command of both Dutch and English.
