Several internships are usually available at Saba's R&D departments. Doing an internship at SABA means working (together) in a pleasant, international environment. With approximately 150 employees worldwide, our organisation is spreading its wings, but still offers the personal atmosphere of a real family business.
Internship assignments are regularly formulated from the R&D departments of both business units: FBA and IA&S.
The R&D department of business unit FBA develops adhesives for foam applications. Here, you can think of mattresses or other furniture. A lot of work is done in this department to develop water-based adhesives, but also hotmelt adhesives.
The R&D department of business unit IA&S develops sealants and adhesives for, among others, the construction and transport market, for example adhesives in buses and trains. Many developments are made on adhesives based on silane-terminated polymers and 2-component polysulphide systems.
