What do we offer?

As a QC Engineer, you are the link between production, R&D, engineering, Product Management, sales and purchasing, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards. What does your day look like?

As a QC Engineer, you carry out various checks on our products. You also spot trends and deviations, and you ensure, in consultation with other departments, the implementation of changes and improvements. With your analytical eye and proactive attitude, you contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and quality. Additionally, your daily tasks include:

  • Performing quality checks on all incoming and outgoing products;
  • Supporting production in case of deviations, investigating and resolving root causes;
  • Analysing KPIs and identifying trends. Using this information to improve and increase the efficiency of operational processes;
  • Participating in audits and quality meetings;
  • Ensuring daily QC processes continue in the absence of the Team Leader.

Is this job the right fit for you?

We are looking for a results-driven, independent QC Engineer. You are a problem solver with a hands-on approach. In addition, you:

  • You have a bachelor’s level of education or thinking in chemistry/laboratory;
  • You have at least two years relevant work experience;
  • You have experience and/or affinity with statistical analysis;
  • You have a good command of English or Dutch;
  • You are willing to participate in on-call (standby) shifts.
