Marketing automation
SABA works with marketing automation, with the aim of informing all interested parties about our products, services and related matters. Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit consent (acceptance of follow-up). Every email sent contains a link with which you can unsubscribe. The list of subscribers is not provided to third parties.

Automated decision making
SABA Dinxperlo BV does not make decisions based on automated processing on matters that might have (significant) consequences for people. These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems, without human action being required.

How long do we retain Personal Data?
SABA Dinxperlo BV does not retain your personal data for longer than what is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data was collected, or as required by law.

SABA Dinxperlo BV will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide this data if it is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our instructions to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. SABA Dinxperlo BV remains responsible for this processing.

To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible and within four weeks.

SABA Dinxperlo BV also wishes to point out that you can file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority [Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens].

How we secure personal data
SABA Dinxperlo BV takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
